Emphatise
We begin by meeting with business stakeholders to understand project goals and key performance indicators. We then validate the service concept with potential users to ensure it meets their needs. A competitor analysis follows to strategically position your service in the market, and we research best design practices for the envisioned features and functionalities.
Define
We present our research findings to the team, clearly defining the key challenges that need to be addressed. This insightful process leads us to create customer archetypes or personas and detailed user journeys, ensuring a deeper understanding of user needs and guiding our design strategy.
Create
We facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions, where the team addresses customer pain points and works creatively to reduce friction and improve the user experience, allowing for valuable input into the solution.
Prototype
We design and create mock-ups, starting from low-fidelity paper sketches to high-fidelity, clickable prototypes. At each stage, we gather user feedback to refine and improve the solution.
Test
We conduct usability testing to identify any user issues, making final adjustments before development. The project team then has a solid solution to move forward with, alongside tasks like feature prioritisation, user stories, and sizing.
