Webtonic Guarantees


If for any reason you are unhappy with our service within your first 30 days we will refund 100% of your original payment. There is no additional paperwork required and we don’t make you jump through hoops. We want you to be happy with your host.

Please note that this guarantee ends exactly 30 days from the date you receive your welcome email. Cancellation must be made through the helpdesk using the cancellation department and you must request a refund.

This guarantee is void if your account is terminated do to a violation of our TOS or AUP. It is also void if we have performed a professional script installation or provided you with a premium template.

Due to the nature of the products we cannot refund payments made for dedicated servers, professional services, SSL or domains. We also cannot refund any setup fees paid as a part of your package.


If for any reason you should experience more than .1% downtime in any given month we will gladly offer a prorated refund of your monthly fee.

We do everything possible to keep all servers operation all the time, but downtime will happen. When it does we don’t think you should need to pay for what we couldn’t provide. We will refund 5 times your downtime beyond the first .1%. To request a credit you must contact the billing department within 5 days of the end of the month. Cash refunds will not be provided.

Please note that this guarantee only applies to unscheduled outages. We occassionally need to perform maintenance on our servers/network to keep things running smoothly. If there is to be scheduled maintenance we will send email notice.


We promise that we have enough resources on our servers to provide accounts with what we advertise.

Hosts that offer huge plans for little money cannot possibly provide those resources to users and stay in business. They also need to pack a huge number of accounts on each server to justify their pricing. By offering reasonable plans and pricing we are able to keep our servers undersold to offer the best hosting experience possible.


We guarantee you will never need to wait more than 6 hours for a response, no matter what your issue is.

Most of our tickets are replied to in 30-45 minutes, but some issues can take longer. We promise to never go longer than 6 hours without replying to your support ticket. If it takes more than 6 hours to get a reply we will issue a R10 service credit to your account.

Please note this only applies to tickets submitted to the helpdesk. Emails sent to non-official support channels are not covered. This policy covers our initial reply and does not cover subsequent replies.


The price you pay for your package today is the price you will always pay.

We may need to occassionally increase the prices of our packages, but we will never do so for existing orders, only for new ones.
