Travelex identified a need to digitise a paper-based corporate forex ordering process which was time consuming and error prone. They wanted to create a digital ordering process that would be efficient and easy to use.

UX design of the digital ordering platform. Development of the digital ordering platform that supported corporate customer and agency-based users.
We built a completely new foreign currency exchange ordering platform. Designed all user flows and interfaces. We also implemented a dashboard, a notification system, and sophisticated workflow and tracking capability.
